On 3rd November 2020, Micromax India launched two new smartphones under the series named "IN" which represents India. Both devices are launched under the Tagline "AAO KARE CHINNI KAM", which basically points towards Anti China Sentiment and Lowering the use of Chinese Smartphones.
Micromax Launched IN Note 1 & IN 1b, both budget-friendly smartphones at a very aggressive price point. Today we will see how Micromax IN Note 1 compares against Redmi Note 9.
Verdict :
As we see Micromax IN Note 1 provides more value at a considerably lower price. Though few features are better on Redmi Note 9, but as an overall package, Micromax IN Note 1 makes more sense.
1. IN Note 1 offers a better display size on the front as compared to Redmi Note 9.
2. IN Note 1 has a 16MP selfie shooter as compared to Redmi Note 9.
3. Better Charging and Camera Setup on Redmi Note 9 than Micromax IN Note 1.
4. Micromax IN Note 1 comes with Stock Android 10 while Redmi Note 9 comes with MIUI 12 with ads and suggestions. These can be a major deal-breaker for many of the customers.
Note: We still don't know the camera performance of Micromax IN Note 1 but they are promising a good quality camera output in that budget segment. We will tell you about the camera samples once we get hands on the device. Till then Micromax IN Note 1 feels like a complete package.
