Should you buy Apple iphone SE2020 ????

Apple iphone SE 2020 was launched in India this month(May). It packs few interesting hardwares and has been tagged as the most affordable Apple iphone in India. It was launched at a price of 42,500 INR. At that price there are lots of other Smartphones that have more value for money performance. What Apple iphone SE 2020 got for us, lets have a look at that.
Apple iphone SE 2020 comes with a small form factor and looks identical to Apple iphone 8. It comes with 4.7 inch HD+ display with 326 ppi and resolution of 750x1334. The display is an IPS LCD display and the screen quality is great considering its an IPS LCD, there is good color & contrast in the media. But considering the price point and other competitions they should have provided FHD+ display. Also the smartphone comes with thick bezels on top and bottom in the era of notches and full view display.
The internals are powered by A13 Bionic chip which is also present in the top Apple flagships. This means the device when comes to performance will not let you down. It handles day to day task very well and also heavy gaming and task at ease. Due to low resolution it needs less pixel to render thus the performance also increases. Apple iphone SE 2020 comes with 3GB Ram & 64 GB internal storage. Pubg runs in HDR & Extreme settings.
When comes to optics, it comes with 12 MP camera with 1.8 aperture same as Apple iphone 11. In the league of dual,triple,quad cameras, this device comes with single lens. But its not always a number game. Apple iphone SE 2020 clicks great images which is surprisingly close to Apple iphone 11. In daylight Apple iphone SE 2020 clicks very good images with good details,contrast & saturations. In low light there is no night mode which results in average images than the Apple iphone 11. Lens like Ultrawide,telephoto misses here which makes Apple iphone SE 2020 limited in cameras. However the single lens performance is good. You can record video upto 4K with eis. At front we have 7 MP shooter with 2.2 aperture which is smilar to iphone 11. The selifie comes out to be good and detailed and is close to iphone 11's front shooter. You can record 4k video from the front camera.
Battery is where the phone really disappoints most. Apple iphone SE 2020 comes with 1800 mah non removable battery. The battery performance is very disappointing, it wont last you a day if you are medium to casual user(no room for heavy users). You need to plug the charger at the evening to juice up again. Also, the power brick supplied is just 5W which takes 2 hours to charge the phone. So if you are medium to heavy user then this phone is not for you. You will have to charge the device twice in that case. However, if you want descent small smartphone with less usage and don't mind charging later in the evening then you can opt for this device. Also, like other Apple devices this will also get updates for a long period of time.
Extra Features : It is IP rated for protection against water and dust.
It has support for wireless charging.
On the connectivity front Dual sim( Nano + esim) with dual 4G enabled. Also, we have bluetooth version 5. We dont have 3.5 mm headphone jack on this device.
On the security front, we have a capacitive touch iD at the chin of the smartphone. There is no support for Face unlock or Face IDs.

1. Very small battery capacity.
2. Slow charging.
3. Small screen with big bezels.
4.Outdated design.
5. Single lens at the back.
6. Expensive considering specs & other countries pricing.
"If you want an Apple iphone then consider iphone XR as it gives more value for money at that price by spending some extra bucks".
"If you don't want an iphone then there are lots of options available for you, ranging from Oneplus to Iqoo,etc."
